Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Collections Assistant, you will play a critical role in our collections team, working closely with consumers and businesses to resolve outstanding debts. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer consumers/businesses to our collection team, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. Key Responsibilities

* Transfer consumers/businesses to our collection team in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with our collection team to ensure seamless communication and effective debt resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, businesses, and internal stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve complex issues
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Ability to relocate to Richardson, TX 75081 before starting work (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Collections or office experience, although not required; we welcome candidates from all vocations and industries

  • Familiarity with debt collection procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Monthly bonus (additional to hourly wage)
  • Fixed schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week
