Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer interactions with a kind and helpful demeanor, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Collaborating with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our company, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and overseas teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, with a native speaker preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications
