Job Summary
As a Data Entry Professional at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our databases, verifying data accuracy and completeness, and identifying and correcting errors in data entries. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
* Enter and update data in various computer systems and databases
- Verify data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct errors in data entries
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data consistency
- Generate reports and provide data as needed for various departments
- Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
