Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and blithequark's policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must have access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection

  • Strong English writing skills are essential for effective communication with customers
  • No prior experience in live chat is needed; full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
