Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with team members and other departments.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
