What You'll Do

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
  • Selling blithequark's smart home and other products on every call
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies
  • Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when needed

What You'll Bring to the Team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of each customer and business
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations
  • Dedication and reliable track record in attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
  • Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
  • Passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with blithequark, you will need:

  • A distraction-free workplace that is ergonomically set to meet our standards
  • Minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
  • A hard-wired internet connection (WiFi or hotspots are not allowed)

  • $18 per hour guaranteed minimum pay
  • Pay-per-experience model where you get paid for each completed conversation with a customer
  • Top performers can earn up to $28+/hour
