Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from customers, documenting conversation details, and utilizing scripts and resources to guide conversations. Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and understanding
  • Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information to customers
  • Utilize technical systems effectively and efficiently, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet, to resolve customer inquiries and document conversations
  • Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of service excellence
  • Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program and its benefits
  • Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and their customers
  • Maintain a sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by the use of cellular data, with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet cable, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • Healthcare-related certification, showcasing your expertise and knowledge in the healthcare sector
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
