Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will engage with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and turning interactions into leads. You'll be part of a relaxed yet professional team environment, working with like-minded individuals who share your passion for great customer service and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure expertise.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences, representing our dealer clients favorably online.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary).
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
• Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Training and Work Schedule:

To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST.
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
