Your shift will begin when you log in to the website, and you will start addressing customer queries, providing top-notch assistance, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. At the end of your shift, you will log out, and you will receive daily pay for your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages from customers on a business's website in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and resolving issues related to shipping rates, return policies, inventory, and other topics
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively to ensure that customer queries are addressed promptly
  • Adhere to provided instructions and guidelines, ensuring that you are providing accurate and consistent information to customers
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle pressure
