Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and in-person interactions

- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
