Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, documenting customer interactions and feedback in the system, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
