Job Description

As a remote part-time customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. You will be the face of our company, helping customers navigate our services and policies, resolving complaints and issues efficiently, and documenting customer interactions and records.
