Job Description
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
