Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
