Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing information on flight schedules, ticketing, baggage policies, and other airline services.
  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Blithequark's policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
