The Role: Retail Leader and Customer Experience Specialist

As a Store Supervisor at Nike, you'll play a critical role in delivering a premium in-store experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for balancing associate responsibilities, handling complex situations with autonomy and poise, and providing exceptional leadership to our team members. Your mission will be to bring the Nike experience to life for our fans every step of the way, whether it's through world-class service, vibrant visual merchandising, or innovative product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of our brand and values
  • Provide leadership and coaching to associate team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential
  • Expertly handle complex customer situations, resolving issues with autonomy and poise
  • Focus on one of three Areas of Expertise: Consumer Experience, Athlete Services, or Product Life Cycle, gaining critical experiences that will propel you along your development journey
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals, drive business growth, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, technologies, and brand initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • At least 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and inspiring them to become Nike Members
  • Digital literacy, with a desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED preferred
