Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions with precision and care, ensuring clients achieve their flexibility and mobility goals.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by providing exceptional service, driving membership sales, and retaining existing clientele.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Address member concerns and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive studio sales and growth.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual with a background in:

• Massage Therapy
• Athletic Training
• Physical Therapy
• Group Fitness Instruction

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A degree, license, or fitness certification relevant to the field.
• Experience working in a wellness environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for clients.
• A passion for helping others achieve their goals and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training (you'll be compensated for this time).
