Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality math instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Assess student knowledge and understanding, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and implement customized learning plans to meet individual student needs
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love for math
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in math education

Essential Qualifications

• Strong math skills, particularly in areas relevant to K-8th grade curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of varying ages, backgrounds, and learning styles
• Coachability and willingness to learn our unique teaching methodology
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in math, education, or a related field
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience, particularly in math education
