About the Role

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at blithequark, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring that all blithequark teams work together effectively to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for helping enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations understand best practices around adopting advanced cloud-based solutions and migrating existing workloads to the cloud. Your expertise will enable customers to shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broaden the use of blithequark cloud solutions and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, interfacing and influencing amongst other core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams
  • Establish a deep understanding of your customer's business vision, culture, and processes, and evangelize blithequark services to influence customers to adopt the right solution at the right time
  • Leverage your delivery experience with large-scale transformations to help shepherd customers through their stages of blithequark adoption, solving their challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
  • Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and be the voice of the customer within blithequark, evangelizing customer needs to blithequark leadership, product, and engineering teams
  • Leverage your communication, program management, technical, operations, and transformation acumen to earn trust with your customer, understand their strategic goals, translate them into executable plans, ensure programmatic governance, and deliver successful, often industry-changing, customer outcomes on blithequark services

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at blithequark, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You will accelerate the customer's cloud adoption journey and maximize customer value by driving execution pipeline in the sales cycle, collaborating with account teams, and governing end-to-end execution. You will also engage in business development, working closely with Global Account Managers to drive opportunities from ideation to Proof of Concept, and enablement, defining a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the customer's organization.

Identify and Align on Strategic Opportunities

You will work with the Customer Account team to identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities, providing support via mechanisms such as TCO analysis and business case assessments. Your ability to think critically, innovate, and use data to make decisions will be essential in driving customer success and growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. blithequark is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
