[Remote] REMOTE Learning Producer (Instructional Design and High tech industry)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is looking for a Learning Producer to join a growing team within the L&D organization for a top level ISP company. The Senior Learning Producer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for learning and development and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience in developing blended flagship learning programs
• Experience in designing for a live and virtual training delivery
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective presentations
• Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
• Instructional Design (preferred: Articulate 360 including Articulate Rise+Storyline, Camtasia, Google Slides)
• Strong ability to make adjustments and move with changes
• Ability to guide projects and teams
• Strong communication style
• Technical training background (engineering focused material)
• Excellent ability to prioritize arrangements, break projects into levels and tasks, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the team and stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to come up with solutions for unexpected problems that may arise during a project
• Process management: the ability to map vital and control processes within a project ecosystem
• Project control: monitor and manage critical aspects of the project such as schedule, scope, and stakeholders
• Experience in adjusting to/implementing changing technology, businesses, systems, and tools
• Skilled and experienced in learning and development processes: Design and develop learning materials...training content creation (eLearning, Instructor Led, infographics, etc and training facilitation, rollout strategy, Learning Management Systems, etc)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience architecting and developing new enterprise learning programs
• Experience working with: Google Workplace Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Calendar)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience within Instructional Design
• Articulate Suite
• Must have experience with Engineering/ tech level e learning trainings
• Coming from high tech industry
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
