About the Role

As a Systems Manager I - Oracle, you will play a critical role in our IT infrastructure, focusing on the support, improvement, and uptime of our Oracle-based applications and modules. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate problem management strategies.
• Maintain and monitor support queues and service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Business, Systems, and/or Application Analysis.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within Systems or Application Support.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced troubleshooting and solutioning skills, with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in supporting, implementing, and monitoring Oracle products, including Oracle HCM and Enterprise One.
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Public Cloud and SAAS technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, with the ability to read, deconstruct, and create basic queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
