The Percussion Teacher Role: Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person percussion instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Set your availability within our open hours, with a preference for consistent scheduling to support students and staff.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and preferences of each student.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages musical growth and exploration.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding lesson plans, progress, and any other relevant matters.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in percussion pedagogy.

Qualifications and Skills: What We're Looking For

• A degree in Percussion Performance, Pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
