About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction, escalating issues as necessary
  • Develop a strong knowledge of blithequark's products, processes, and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in on-the-job education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements
