Position Overview

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, completing sales and enrollment processes, and identifying new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. If you're a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset, a knack for explaining products clearly, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth

  • Complete sales and enrollment processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of call center and sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Must reside in Florida and be available to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Great computer skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
