What to Expect:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to millions of plan members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting members with pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear, concise information and solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
  • Taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Providing heart-driven service to our members, empathizing with their concerns and delivering personalized support
  • Receiving necessary training to upskill and assist with inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members

What We Require:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
  • The ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner, thinking critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

How to Stand Out:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience, with a deep understanding of our products and services
  • A comfort level relating to customers in a patient, helpful way, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise manner
