Position Summary

As an Experienced Web Chat Officer – Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform, providing tailored solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

+ Diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting steps or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary. + Maintain an organized log of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring accurate records are kept for future reference.

Collaborative Teamwork:

+ Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery. + Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer service strategy.

Continuous Learning:

+ Stay updated on product offerings, services, and industry best practices to provide accurate information to customers. + Seek opportunities for personal development and enhance skills related to customer service and online engagement.

Performance Tracking:

+ Participate in regular performance reviews, utilizing feedback to improve skills and service delivery. + Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements

Experience and Education:

+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or related field. + High school diploma or equivalent; associated degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

+ Proficient in using computer systems and supporting technologies, including web-based chat tools. + Familiarity with CRM software and databases preferred but not required.
