Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, chat, social media, and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Think critically and respond quickly to customer questions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a polite, empathic, and professional tone.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized support to achieve first-contact resolutions, building sustainable relationships and engagements.
  • Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer contacts simultaneously, staying within service level agreement (SLA) times for all channels.
  • Collaborate with management and administration to perform additional duties and tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Social media experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone, via chat, social media platforms, or through email.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
