Our representatives enjoy some of the highest commissions in the industry, with earnings ranging from $83,000 to $450,000 in 2022. We're looking for driven individuals who are eager to earn up to $200,000 per year and are willing to put in the effort required to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money
• Work alongside top sales producers and learn from their experiences
• Prospect for qualified leads, including self-generated and referral appointments
• Run preset company-provided leads and update records in our CRM
• Utilize our comprehensive sales support tools, including proposals and designs in real-time
• Close deals and sign documents with customers
• Manage accounts and analyze customer savings, informing them of available federal and local credits
• Participate in weekly Zoom conference calls to stay aligned with team goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

We're seeking individuals with a winning attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and follow our proven systems. While prior solar or sales experience is a plus, it's not required. Our ideal candidate:

• Possesses excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Is highly motivated by financial rewards or intrinsic factors
• Can commit to working 30-50+ hours per week
• Is flexible and able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Holds a valid driver's license
