Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll be expected to lead from the front, drive daily operations, and provide exceptional service to our consumers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Attending all direct marketing campaigns and providing top-notch service to consumers at all times
  • Managing the execution of daily in-office and direct marketing campaign functions
  • Developing solid consumer relationships, addressing service needs, and answering questions confidently, timely, and honestly
  • Providing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
  • Assisting the Office Manager in daily employee scheduling and general management
  • Liaising between management staff, employees, and customers
  • Interviewing and developing company new hires to provide a seamless training process
  • Serving as acting Location Manager when office executives are away

Essential Qualifications

To be an excellent fit for our Assistant Manager Trainee opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • EXPERIENCE: One year of experience in a client-facing customer service role
  • EDUCATION: Some college; Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications
