• Assisting in documenting new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Participating in the design, development, troubleshooting, and analysis of software programs that operate in conjunction with hardware systems.
• Customizing purchased applications and maintaining program libraries and manuals based on research and customer needs.
• Providing feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and hardware to ensure seamless functioning.
