UI/UX & Graphic Designer (Remote - Anywhere)

We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to create visually engaging digital and print experiences. In this role, you will own the entire design process-from translating requirements into compelling visuals to collaborating with teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Your work will directly influence the user experience, brand perception, and overall engagement. • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design elements for web, mobile, and print media.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and design integrity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Establish creative direction within brand guidelines while participating in design reviews to optimize outcomes.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
• Contribute to the overall user experience by designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and UI/UX design.
• Proven proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centered designs.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, graphic fundamentals, and modern web and print design principles.
