Key Responsibilities

  • Baggage Support: Handle baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims.
  • Check-in Procedures: Facilitate check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Flight Information: Provide information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
