Key Responsibilities

• Review code challenge submissions for candidates applying to top tech companies
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback on code quality, syntax, and best practices
• Evaluate code submissions based on predefined criteria and guidelines
• Identify and flag potential issues, bugs, or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient review process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of code reviews and feedback

Essential Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, Python, PHP, Solidity, or Mobile (native and Flutter)
• Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
• Proven experience in code review and feedback
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience with code review tools and platforms
