About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team of game-changers. As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll work from home and provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. You'll be the face of our company, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile and ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Process new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have an active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance, as well as:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Passion for helping others
• Patient and empathetic nature
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish skills (with a pay rate of $20/hr.)
• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
