About the Role

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be a vital member of our customer service team, providing top-notch support to our customers primarily through chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries, including product questions, shipping damage claims, order status updates, and more
• Providing excellent, knowledgeable customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Multitasking and managing multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Utilizing your creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth
• Maintaining thoroughness and attention to detail in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Residency in Florida, Texas, or ability to relocate to one of these states
