Job Summary

As a Full-Time Hybrid Call Center Sales & Service Representative, you will be the voice of AT&T, providing top-notch customer service and driving sales growth. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, while delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding AT&T products and services
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver personalized recommendations for AT&T products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services offered by AT&T
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using various software applications and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with:

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
