Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential donors, sharing the mission and impact of our partner charities, and inspiring them to contribute to these worthy causes. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and fostering meaningful relationships with our supporters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential donors via telephone to raise awareness and funds for our partner charities

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including CRM software and telephony systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant experience an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales, or customer service
  • Knowledge of charity fundraising principles and practices
  • Experience working in a call center environment, either onsite or remotely
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, with fluency in languages relevant to our donor base
