Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote/online position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Native U.S. English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cross-cultural communication

  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
