Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. You'll also be responsible for basic computer tasks, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Make outbound calls to set appointments and promote our benefits packages to union members
  • Perform presentations to educate members about our benefits and services
  • Utilize basic computer skills to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Engage in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)

  • Pass a background check
  • Have customer service and/or retail experience (preferred but not required)
