Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your mission will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to shipping, deliveries, and orders. You'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our logistics experts to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.
  • Process Orders and Track Shipments: Process orders, track shipments, and provide customers with accurate updates on their deliveries.
  • Provide Shipping Information: Offer detailed information on shipping options, tracking information, and expected delivery times, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their shipment.
  • Investigate and Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory and timely resolution, and escalating complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Customer Service Commitment: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho, is a plus.
  • Shipping and Logistics Experience: Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is an asset, but not required.
