Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:

  • Managing store reporting, recordkeeping, and claims documentation
  • Maintaining program results records and other related activities
  • Overseeing store communication systems, ensuring effective dissemination of communications
  • Monitoring activities related to store assignments
  • Assisting managers with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration
  • Managing employee records and files, such as time & attendance records and employment documentation

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to managers, ensuring efficient operations
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinating communication systems and ensuring effective communication
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as scheduling and payroll administration

Essential Qualifications
