Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls from customers, providing product and service information, and suggesting relevant solutions to meet their needs
  • Responding to email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently
  • Processing, picking, and packaging customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contributing to the team's effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to your work
  • Utilizing multiple screens and programs to provide quick and accurate information, showcasing your ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
  • Performing basic administrative functions, including faxing, filing, record-keeping, and data entry, to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities. These include:

  • A pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment, although not essential
  • Availability to work a fixed schedule, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs
