Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to provide expert support to our clients and team. As a remote Accountant/Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for:

• Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), including setup, customization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Utilizing cloud-based accounting applications to streamline processes and enhance client service.
• Providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through data collection, managing tax-return data entry, and responding to client questions with professionalism and clarity.
• Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, timely updates to clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities

QuickBooks Online Expertise

As an expert in QBO, you'll be responsible for:
