In the Role

As an Account Executive at TripleTen, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and success. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams to prospect, qualify, and close new sales, and you'll be responsible for presenting and articulating our value proposition, product features and benefits, product direction, and product solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily lead qualification activities to identify potential customers and drive sales growth
  • Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition, product features and benefits, product direction, and product solutions to customers
  • Work closely with sales managers to close deals and consistently meet or exceed quotas
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the sales pipeline and contribute analysis on wins/losses
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads worked and the success of leads converted into opportunities using HubSpot
  • Bring a unique element to the team that promotes teamwork, strategy, hustle, and excitement

Requirements

We're looking for talented individuals who have a demonstrated record of success in B2C sales environments. Here are the key qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of B2C sales experience in commission-rewarded environments, preferably in industries such as insurance, real estate, high-end retail, or similar
  • Demonstrated record of hitting sales and activity quota consistently in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport with leads and establish strong relationships
  • Sharp business acumen and prior experience using HubSpot (preferred)
  • Passionate about helping individuals better themselves and their careers
  • Excellent team member who puts the mission above themselves (focused on "getting things right" rather than having to "be right")

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or a similar field
  • Familiarity with modern digital tools such as Mattermost, Miro, Notion, and Zoom
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment or with a distributed team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $55k - $65k per year, with a total OTE of approximately $100k
