The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at ACT, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to problems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly, using our CRM system.
  • Meet Productivity and Quality Standards: Meet productivity and quality standards, striving to exceed targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous Call Center Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills: Data entry and basic computer skills are essential.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are highly sought after.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
