  • Represent blithequark's dealership clients across national and global markets via webchat, email, and various digital communication mediums, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for customers.
  • Convert in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, meeting department KPIs and goals, and contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses.
  • Serve as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize web chat software to provide consultative assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and enhance their buying experience.
