Key Responsibilities

• Provide designing help and arrangement to enable the manufacturing line to produce and deliver maximum products on time
• Own cycle and material stream enhancement, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency
• Support office-wide standardization with regard to Work Guidelines and Visual Management
• Perform supporting activities for design and manufacturing, including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line setup, and safety protocols
• Manage responsibility with a positive attitude as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced workplace

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Experience in graphic design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency in common workplace software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and other design tools
• Knowledge of process improvement, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and FMEA fundamentals is desirable
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical communication skills are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is an asset
• Experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is highly desirable
