Key Responsibilities

As an online English teacher with EF Teach Online, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 25-minute one-on-one online English lessons to kids in China (ages 5-10), focusing on grammar and vocabulary
• Completing a short summary (in English) at the end of each lesson for parents to review
• Communicating your availability for lesson hours in advance using our easy-to-use scheduling system

Our online classroom is designed to be engaging and interactive, with expert teaching materials and lesson plans provided to support your teaching. You'll have the flexibility to focus on responding to your students' needs, making their online classroom experience come alive.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as an online English teacher with EF Teach Online, you'll need:

• A TEFL certification, demonstrating your expertise in teaching English as a foreign language
• Fluency in English (C2 level), with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
