Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago, you'll be responsible for driving business success, building high-performing teams, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth and revenue through effective business acumen, expertise, and problem-solving skills
  • Developing and leading a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
  • Inspiring and motivating others to achieve their best and drive results through teamwork and collaboration
  • Building strong relationships with the local community to create meaningful moments and experiences for our customers and partners
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Retail or customer service management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive business results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • US Military service experience
  • Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment
  • Business or management education
