About the Role: Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences Remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of Starbucks products, promotions, and policies, or experience working in a coffee shop or retail environment.
